5. To ensure employees are competent to do their work and provide them with appropriate and adequate training.
6. To consult employees on HEALTH and SAFETY issues affecting their wellbeing, giving them necessary training, information, instruction and supervision on all high and low risk jobs.
7. To develop, implement, monitor and review safe systems of work and safe operating procedures.
8. To review and revise the SAFETY policy at regular intervals.
